Seekirchen am Wallersee is home to the new company headquarters of Austria's leading personnel service provider teampool personal service gmbh. The office building is impressive with its total height of 22 meters, six floors and 3,200 m² of office space. The office building not only houses the administration, sales and recruiting departments of all business divisions, but also the construction office. This means that teampool and its entire teampower are together in one place.
The 147 installed CLIMATEFIX metal ceiling sails, which offer outstanding performance values, ensure energy-efficient comfort. Thanks to their individual arrangement, shape and surface, there are hardly any limits to their design. A pleasant indoor climate is achieved by the 3000 m² CLIMATEFIX KC150B near-surface component activation. The near-surface solution for heating and cooling ensures rapid regulation of the temperature in the room and replaces conventional systems such as radiators and air conditioning units.
Furthermore, the entire sanitary piping and the underfloor heating system were also implemented by KE KELIT. The KELOX modular pipe system was used, which stands for flexibility and versatility.
