Galvanised universal sheet steel cabinet for component activation for direct installation in the concrete ceiling, suitable for heating/cooling circuit manifold, with integrated mineral wool partition, pre-punched insertion openings for the connection of the heating/cooling circuits, insertion openings suitable for in-situ concrete and prefabricated ceilings, insertion openings for supply lines of the manifold, due to the variable adaptability of the viewing cover, it is also possible to place the manifold cabinet up to 10 cm above an intermediate wall or an installation shaft even without a subsequently mounted suspended ceiling, concrete claws on the side walls of the manifold cabinet for firmly anchoring the side walls in the concrete, possibility of installing a frameless visor without visible fastening points, which can be positioned three-dimensionally by means of a magnetic holder (KC571). The fire behaviour of the manifold cabinet (KC570F) has been proven in a fire test conforming to EN 13501-2:2016 for fire resistance class EI 90.
The manifold cabinet in the concrete ceiling must be taken into account by the on-site structural engineer in the formwork and reinforcement plans.
