QUADRILL Tower | Linz

The QUADRILL, Austria's largest office and hotel tower outside Vienna, is located at the Tabakfabrik site in Linz. The chosen location will create space for 1,000 new jobs, which should increase the importance of the business location. The four-part building ensemble was built on an area of 10,900 m², with the 109 metre high QUADRILL Tower forming the centrepiece.

KE KELIT supplies the new building structure with the ideal heating and cooling technology. The STEELFIX stainless steel pipe system was used for the sanitary pipework, which is ideal for almost all areas of application. The STEELOX stainless steel pipe system can be bent by hand and is easy to work with. It is the first flexible drinking water pipe system made of stainless steel and scores highly, thanks to its high-temperature-resistand materials.

Moreover, the resource-saving CLIMATEFIX low-temperature system achieves average energy cost savings of up to 18 percent.
