As a tailor-made complete system, the surface heating programme includes not only support systems, but also state-of-the-art distribution technology and control as well as all other necessary components and guarantees fast and easy installation.

Floor and wall heating

5-layer halogen-free plastic composite pipe, impermeable to oxygen and water vapour. Inner and outer layer of PE-RT, stabilisation pipe is a longitudinally welded metal foil pipe made of aluminium; outer and inner bonding agent between the layers for guaranteed frictional connection of the individual components.

KELOX threaded connection d16 - 25 mm

As permanently sealed connection to system parts, permanently connected to the pipe, has nut with internal thread and support sleeve, includes clamping ring, made of stress-free annealed brass, non-porous metallised.

Multiple sealing non-detachable press connection made of tension-free annealed brass, non-porous metallised, incl. stainless steel press sleeve with inspection window as insertion control for highest dimensional stability after pressing and EPDM O-rings.

Non-detachable press connection made of WINDOX-PPSU, impact-resistant, halogen-free, suitable for drinking water, incl. stainless steel press sleeve with inspection window as insertion control for highest dimensional stability after pressing and EPDM O-ring.
Additional testing security – "unpressed, leaky"

Loop laying with FB clamping rails or FB fixing plate makes particularly effective use of the module properties of the KELOX FB: 

  • The (warmer) supply can be positioned where the highest heat output is needed:
    • - Exterior walls
    • – Window areas
    • - Terrace entrances 
  • Edge zones with increased heat output are easily selectable
  • Surface temperature has a constant course (no waviness).

 

Laying the KELOX FB modular pipes on the FB fixing plate is easy to carry out to a high standard thanks to the typical modular properties of the pipes. Convenient routing and connection of the FB fixing plates through the thoughtfully designed male and female connections on one longitudinal and one broad side of the FB fixing plates. Laying is possible in spiral or loop form.

Ideally suited for laying on the KELOX FB fixing plate without the need for any additional attachment thanks to their typical modular pipe properties. 

KU100 ULTRA PE-RT FB type2 pipes (red)

A five-layer full plastic pipe alternative made of PE-RT; resistant to oxygen and water vapour diffusion.

The FB staple plates are available in rolls. Furthermore, the rolls are provided with an overlapping edge including an adhesive strip on the long side and one wide side.
The KELOX FB modular pipes or ULTRA PE-RT pipes can be laid individually in spiral or meander form.

Lambdapor made of expanded polystyrene in accordance with ÖNORM B 6000, free of HFCs and CFCs, incl. lamination with HD-PE fabric and PE coating, incl. overlap edge with adhesive strip and grid subdivision

KMU120 KELOX-ULTRAX FB Pipe (blue) are ideally suited for laying and fixing on the KELOX FB support mat with KM637C clips due to the typical module properties.

KU100 ULTRA PE-RT pipe type 2 (red) is a plastic pipe alternative made of PE-RT; resistant to oxygen and water vapour diffusion 

 

KM636S KELOX FB Velcro bases. FB Velcro bases are available in rolls. Furthermore, the rolls are provided on the longitudinal side and one broad side, with an overlapping edge incl. an adhesive strip. Due to the improved lambda value, the KM636S FB Velcro base EPS-T 650 with 28/25 mm thickness has the same insulation value as a conventional PS panel with 33/30 mm thickness.
Installation of the KELOX FB Velcro pipes or ULTRA PE-RT Velcro pipes is possible individually, in spiral or loop form.
