Active walls for heating and cooling
A high proportion of radiant heat, energy-efficient heating and cooling and low air circulation – active walls for heating and cooling promise numerous advantages.

Active walls work on a similar principle to underfloor heating: they have a high proportion of radiant heat, which in turn ensures a pleasant, comfortable temperature – just like the balanced temperature gradient and low convection.
Energy-efficient heating guarantees the fact that, the same as with underfloor heating, the comfortable temperature in the room is between two and five degrees lower than with ordinary radiators. Active walls heat the room evenly and store the heat long after they have been switched off. Due to this even heat distribution, KE KELIT active walls reduce the spread of mould.
For asthmatics and those who suffer from house dust allergies, this type of heating is optimal: with wall heaters, there is only a small amount of air circulation and so very little dust is stirred up. Another bonus: with KE KELIT active walls, unlike conventional radiators, there is no dry air.
