In Linz, a total of 800 apartments, 50 supervised residential units and a children's nursery were built on the site of the former cargo railway station with ultra-low energy construction. This new district covers an area of 87,000 m2 and, as the name suggests, focuses on sustainability and quality of life. With a large number of products, KE KELIT is also prominently represented in this building.
